Romanza is a collection of furniture that evokes 19th-century Lombard refinement, the elegance of shapes, the delicacy of inlays and carvings typical of an era in which high-ranking Italian families used to gather in the lavish halls of the aristocratic palaces or in the more modest bourgeois salons for attending concerts in which the so-called "chamber romances" were performed (compositions for singing with a melodic and sentimental character often interpreted with piano accompaniment).
